1. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be confirmed through advance payment or deposit as communicated by Mutinisa Motors & Safaris. Full payment may be required before service delivery. Prices are subject to change depending on availability, season, and specific client requirements.
2. Vehicle Use
All vehicles hired must be used responsibly and strictly for lawful purposes. The client shall be held fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental period.
3. Self-Drive Requirements
Clients opting for self-drive services must present a valid driver's license, provide a copy of a national ID or passport, and pay a refundable security deposit. Mutinisa Motors & Safaris reserves the right to deny rental if requirements are not met.
4. Insurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured. However, in the event of an accident or damage, the client may be liable for an excess fee as per the insurance policy.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with or without fuel as agreed at the start of the rental.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Refunds will depend on the time of cancellation and costs already incurred. Late cancellations may attract charges.
7. Safari Bookings
Safari bookings are subject to availability and external factors such as weather conditions, park regulations, and accommodation availability. The company reserves the right to modify itineraries where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
8. Driver/Guide Conduct
Our drivers and guides are trained professionals. Clients are expected to treat them with respect. Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
9. Liability
Mutinisa Motors & Safaris shall not be held liable for loss or damage of personal belongings, delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues, or injuries or incidents beyond the company's control.
10. Client Responsibility
Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations during the rental or safari period. Any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising during the hire period shall be the responsibility of the client.
11. Extensions and Late Returns
Any extension of the rental period must be communicated and approved in advance. Late returns without notice may attract additional charges.
12. Amendments
Mutinisa Motors & Safaris reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
